Thanks all for your comments on my last image. Here is another image from my graveyard shoot.
I had a very strange thing happen to me while editing this image. I decided that I wanted to listen to some music so I launched iTunes. "Mary Jane's Last Dance" by Tom Petty was randomly selected to play. As the music started to play, I went back to my Photoshopping and then realized that the tombstone in the image had the name "Mary Jane" inscribed on it.
It actually spooked me a bit, but then I decided that the song should influence the image. So I threw away two hours of editing and selected a new image purely based on the influence of the song.
Model Rizza-Belen Diaz
The dress was created by Black Lotus Clothing

Spooky indeed Rebekah and a very beautiful result.
Tom.
Spooky indeed! I wonder if the inscriber of the gravestone (or the client) knew what 'Mary Jane' translates into Spanish. And normally there would be a surname or family name, huh? Why just 'Mary Jane'? And the model's name is of Spanish origin! Doubly spooky, I say ![]()
That aside, excellent image, Rebekah.
Andrew
She grew up in an Indiana town
Had a good-lookin' mama who never was around
But she grew up tall and she grew up right
With them Indiana boys on them Indiana nights
Well, she moved down here at the age of eighteen
She blew the boys away, was more than they'd seen
I was introduced and we both started groovin'
I said, "I dig you baby, but I got to keep movin' on"
Keep movin' on
Last dance with Mary Jane
One more time to kill the pain
I feel summer creepin' in
And I'm tired of this town again
You gotta love that tune ![]()
