One from a few weeks back, when giving the new lens it's first outing.
I ummed and rrrrd about getting it for months as the reviews on it are mixed. All I can say is im over the moon with it, yes there's distortion at the wide end, which is what all the adverse comments are about, but it so easily corrected in Lightroom
I havent processed anything new in weeks, I hope to correct that soon, oh and hope to get some free time in Istanbul this week.

Absolutely wonderful Nick. The figure is perfectly placed in the brightest area of sky ( and what a sky ) and its reflection. I think your exposure is spot on as well, creating real mood.

It's real chore I must admit......I shoot in RAW all the time these days in case I need to change things, but I still strive to get right in camera otherwise you can end up playing with images for weeks on end..
Doesn't look like you had to do very much with this one though Nick, stunning image and well presented too...

Tho that should get a bit better in October.
Fabulous image Nick, perectly balanced exposure and wonderful light and colour in that wicked sky!
