Levels and curves Cole, Levels & Curves
Oh and 41 other layers ...
Quote: Now that is a worrying image Nick, the inference from the dice is quite upsetting...I mean that in the best possible way.
Nicely worked,love the title.
Why thank you Janet, that was the emotion I was trying to stir
Quote: Barking mad and wonderful.
Its OK Moira, its not a full moon, and I've taken the medication
Thanks to you all for the kind comments.
Very dark, scary, thought provoking
But more than that. . . it's a great concept, brilliantly executed and superb processing
I LIKE IT ! ! ! !
Thanks Ian that in itself is a compliment.
As you know I've been looking to develop this style for a while, I think in future I will be doing a lot more of these, and a lot less of my conventional stuff.
Quote: save Ted
Now there's the question will he survive ?
Made me smile Nick, great work and I'll look forward from more from this series.
Darren.
Do hope he / she survived!
A superb capture, Nick, just love how the engine's emerging from all that steam, something quite different is this ![]()

Nicely processed work Nick, the track blends nicely into the layered fields and teddy looks too relaxed considering he is going to teddy heaven, possibly.
A good imagination needed to put all this together.
Ian.
Oh, how I love a comic tragedy - it only needs Buster Keaton racing to the rescue!!
A top notch photograph. Wonderful depth. A truly extraordinary image.
Quote: Great idea. Couple of things - not sure on the stubble field - I would have liked a more surreal hinterland...maybe sand, sand dunes and surely the dice should be double one - snake eyes.
Cheers Keith, great points I would have marked constructive but it appears to have gone.
I like the idea of sand dunes, great excuse to go back to Spurn for the stock images. Again I like the idea of double six ( I did consider it) but chose the numbers as it was the norm in some of the old masters for the dice to signify either the birthday or year of birth of the artist - I also considers a third dice a bit removed from the other two - all sixes but thought it maybe to cliched.
