Yes, this is what I wanted to see, it accentuates the curves and swirls. You've got good contrast into the water's edge and the side of the lighthouse tower. I was imagining the green weed darker against the rock and sand, but I'm not sure if that would be an improvement.
And I do like dark...
Been hunting, still can't see the error in yesterday's...

Very nice light abd I do like the foreground detail. great tones like this a lot.
