This is the last of the Whitby Pier shots, at least for now.

I couldn't not upload this as its my favourite.

If you look very carefully you can see Mike and Caleb at the end of the Pier.

Because of the compression it is worth a quick look at the large version to get the full detail.

The light that morning was quite amazing.

Distance gives the West Pier a much more graceful line. And I do like that bent handrail for quirky contrast.

An absolutely stunning and beautiful image! Can I ask a question though, which nobody seems to have mentioned:- the title on the picture is spelt WRAY of light - is this an error?

Thanks Nick, I do hope that wasn't taken as a criticism, as an image like this is just a masterpiece! I'm certainly not in the league of this sort of material to dare to criticise! I must add I love the bordering to this too, simple yet so effective, something I'm trying to add to my own pics.

No problem Paul, not taken as critisism in the slightest. If you open the PM function I will drop you a line how to do the border - its very simple, and I recorded an action so I can keep it the same from image to image.
