Another image from the recent trip to New York. I bought a very lightweight tripod in New York (not ideal) but it stood up to the buffeting wind and 2 minute exposure - looks sharp enough to me. Now buying from the B+H superstore, now that's axe pertinence!

I'm really pleased how this turned out. I would have liked to have explored more but -6C and a biting wind wind, and limited access to areas due to Hurricane Sandy put pay to that.

Tho the Pizza at Grimaldis was worth it (best Pizza I've ever had)

I didn't want to risk my Lee Big Stopper, this is with the HiTech version, and HiTech grads.

Those buildings on rhs are made of black glass Dave, and that was the sky (for once Wink ) it will look completely different next year when they finish the new WTC building (the one with cranes around)

Yep, was 100 seconds 2 stop HD grad for main exposure, and about 120 second for brighter exposure (sun came out too) - took about 6 tries to get it right.
