Sorry for those who voted on the colour version - I wasn't happy how it looked at web resolution (I've put it as v2)

Big thanks to Pete for the HC on the last image.

This is from a recent trip to Grosmont, when I went primarily to collect images for the Dorothy & Timothy series.

They work equally well for me, in different ways. I do like the hint of warmth amid the soft greys in V2.

Two great images; each with strong merits. The grittiness of V1 against the greater "life" that the colour provides in V2 create a nice contrast.
