Another image from Saturdays visit to Whitby with Mike Hart (MikeH).
I have tried something a bit differant with the processing on this so I would be interested to hear what you think.
Please look at the large version if you have time.

Outstanding, mood, colour - spot on!
Excellent, it has a dreamscape feeling about it, I like it very much,
A classic Whitby Pier shot. Great stuff.
Fantastic composition, great work.
I'm planning a couple of days around here shortly and I can't wait to get on that pier. Nice version of it this
Superb composition and colours
The colours look warmer than the last one but it still makes a cracking shot.
What I am thinking basically is 'Oh Wow...' Steve's right about the dream-like feel, this is out of this world.
Not sure what you have done to it Nick but everything is pin sharp and it makes a cracking image.
Very Different - - VERY nice!
Lovely colours in this photo, well done.
Ditto as with Fran ...
Good colours Nick.I think the edges are better defined on this one..a touch more striking I think.
Very good image!
The lines create a sense of movement down the pier too
Great sky and lines Nick. I prefer this one to the last one.
fantastic shot Nick a real peach
Thanks everyone - i'm going to relook at the last one, this started out very similar but I must say I do prefer this.
Blooming 'eck, this is good, prefer it to the other, the telescope makes it for me. My shots may not see the 'light' at this rate, off to S.B on sat for sunrise,
wow! what a superb image
Done often, not often done with this impact! Striking capture.
Fantastic light great ovrall image nice one,John
Can't believe how this has gone thankyou everyone.
Memories of my visit, though you got rather better colours. I like this, very well done.
Excellent image - colours are exceptional
Thankyou Martin & Derek
Not sure what you've done with the processing Nick but it's worked a treat. More broody, dramatic and a lovely range of colours.
Thanks Howard..That is exactly the mood I was trying for, both at the time of capture and in PP.
Super image has the look of fill in flash, or did you do it all in the processing? However you got it, I really like the style.
Hi Jogn, no fill in, but quite a heavy "curve" and I pushed up the WB quite a bit. I used an unsharp mask to bring out the details (not the same settings used for sharpening tho'). Hope it helps, this started out very similar to the previous image (which I will re-work).
