Taken on a recent visit to Normanby Hall Lincolnshire.

This is in the Gardeners Potting Shed.

I used a wide angle (10-20) to give a very different perspective, which I quite like, then converted to B&W. This is 6 exposures combined in Photomatrix.

The large is worth a peak if you have time

I might have cropped the left edge slightly but this is a superb mono.

After nudes and steam trains, garden sheds probably stir more interest in the male brain than just about anything. Should do well!

I like the perspective along with the natural window light. Amazing detail and an excellent conversion Nick.

I too would have cropped the left side but this is my kind of photograph and I like it a lot. Very atmospheric. Wonder how it would look in sepia tone.

Thank you Pete, very much appreciated. Smile Smile

Les, yes I have always liked mono's just didn't have the skills to pull them off. But I have been experimenting on a few things and I have developed a style I like.

Thanks for all the comments.

Thank you everyone - always a bit unsure about uploading B&W's, but I'm certainly glad I did.

Done the garden shed, will, have to find some steam trains and a nude now ...
