Lovely! So hard to get the exposure just right but you've certainly got it here. I'm sure you'll even find some detail in the white chest feathers if you whack down the levels for that part of the image. Even the sand eels are not too blown out, which usually happens.
I keep saying it but I really must visit Skomer sometime. I was fortunate to have been over in Ireland for a photo workshop a little over a week ago, hence the photos in my own portfolio.
1st class and great quality, even the fish have good detail.

Great detail in this one William, a very nice capture. You did well not to burn out the sand eels. Just an idea, flip it so the puffin is looking left to right, always looks more appealing to me for some reason.
