Nice crisp image, good tones and contrast and an attractive womam makes for a good image. She has a beautiful neck and bone structure. You have some great motorbike image in your PF
Richard
The lighing is to flat for my liking. On camera directional flash never works well for female portraiture. You are better to trigger your flash of camera from one side to leave a bit shadow at one side of her face to show of her bone structure and give her face definition. Also her nose looks bent because her eyes are parallel to the camera but her head is turned to a slight angle. With a little more attention given to posing and lighing you will be able to improve. james
Disagree James,
I think the lightening is very good for one speed light.
Even lighting without being overly flat (in my opinion) and well exposed. No awkard shadows from the flash being on camera.
My only crit would be that the model could do with being slightly more forward to "blacken" the background a bit more. Around her legs the back drop comes into view as a little grey for me.
Over all I think I really nicely exposed portrait with good eye contact and natural/easy pose.
