Nice picture - but you haven't done a very good job of painting over the glasses.
You would be better selecting the glasses and darkening them with an adjustment layer. (you have also missed the bit of lens between the hai and fingers)

I think this is great picture not too much Photoshop,good light. Can’t see anything wrong with the glasses. Excellent, love the B.W one in your portfolio.
