This has been brilliantly taken and worked. I am quite envious of people to have such a wonderful ability to use manipulation programmes. Well done! 
I do like this and the texture used in the frame, also the guys expression.
Just a couple of pointers-
The smoke needs a little more work as there is a little colour aberration (for some reason) on the left side and on the right it does not look realistic. Also the smoke at the bottom does not work in the reflection.
Good effort though.
Well you and your Dad did good. Congrats on the award as well.

Yep, its a good age to start. I wish it was about when i was young. She has definitely got the makings of a digital artist.
