I like the diffuse lighting and the out of focus background. The only minor niggle for me is that the image looks soft where I would expect some sharpness. I have uploaded a mod with around 200% unsharp mask (USM) with a radius of 0.3 pixels (I prefer USM, others will use smart sharpen, it's down to personal choice).
