I like the mono conversion, the catch lights and the crop - however the rim lighting on the back of her head being brighter than her face draws my eye away from her face. Also nice to see a portrait that has not been skin smoothed to death for a change! Well done

Thank you Ron, Sandy, Dougie, and Simon. Sandy, I agree about the earring shadow, and Simon, fair comment on the lighting from the left. I had already darkened those highlights, I guess I should have taken it further.
