Thought we'd have a bit of fun with his one today and not tell you all what it exactly is until tomorrow. No prizes or anything but a lot of kudos to the folk who guess correctly when I'll upload a version that shows the creature in it's entirety. I won't tell anyone the answer till tomorrow so those who think they've got it right will have to wait till then and you can all walk around for the rest of the day with a feeling of smugness Tongue

Shot was taken yesterday in between showers out in the garden and is an 18 frame stack using a bit of fill flash to help lift the details a little, background was a skyblue T-shirt that I used to try and protect the subject a little from the wind as he wasn't very big......oooh, big clue there?

Thanks for looking in and hope you enjoy the image even if you can't work out exactly what it is?

Ade

Astonishing detail in this impressive extreme close up Ade. I reckon it is a butterfly too and will say it is a member of the white family. There are several types on the wing in some areas at present but I reckon this may be a green veined white and a female of the speciesSmile And I bet I know where it was taken, down on the Somerset Levels no doubt!Wink
