Second food related image, but you have to work with whats to hand!! This is an attempt to pull some depth out of a normally flat image.
The onions were laid on a chopping board, and two strobes placed either side of the subject, about 2 feet away, and at a level with the onions. I stood over the board, and shot the image, using my on-camera flash set at -2ev to trigger the two strobes, which were set at about 1/3 full power.
Camera settings - f/10 at 1/100 at ISO 100.
