Love this image. Super saturated colours and a great moody sky.

Great colours. Looks like a digital sky though, I think this is because of a bit of over sharpening on the central hills, the light matches too well to be digital. Despite this, Well done image.

I love seeing views of the Lake District, Keith, and this one looking down into Borrowdale is well composed with good f/g interest and lovely winter colours.

If this had twice as many votes it wouldn't be enough. Top class and beautiful landscape.

Many thanks for your kind comments, much appreciated. Apart from a slight levels adjustment, the sky is genuine, & 20mins later it was glorious sunlight...can't win 'em all ?

I like this alot, but wish it had a more simple border, like your upload today, (Slaters Bridge (2)) (which is outstanding). My eye goes straight to the signature in the image, rather than the impressive landscape.

Thanks dandeakin for your comments, I take your point re the signature, a valid opinion. My wife made the same observation, so I shall have a change of tactics & rethink the presentation...again thanks for your input...regards...Nn.
