The Church, Solarization and Cynatope process, LR4 = Silver Efex
I like the processing on this shot. It creates an eerie image. >>>>peter
Really like this Cliff, it has a fantastic 3D effect with the church projecting out of the image. The toning has also given a really nice effect and taken away the harshness that sometimes comes with conventional black and white. Even the wife likes this one .. thinks its very "Bram Stokerish"
Lovely, very much suits the treatment.
Hi All thanks for the great comments, they are very much appreciated.
not so convinced by this one as your previous upload...find there is a very strong contrast between the church and the sky..suppose it's the marmite effect..nothing at all wrong with the processing....might crop slightly on the left and clone out the wires perhaps?
Has an eerie sense of forboding, effects have worked here Cliff.
wow nick what a cracker, thank you for your comments on my album i see what you mean by black and white. truly wonderful.
very good like from me. thanks for your comments christine.
Your composition using the tree is excellent. Seems to have a moonlight quality and so fits perfectly with the really old grave markers. Super all 'round to fit the mood. TG
This thing is a favourite Looks like super high contrast almost solarizing.
Move outside the box and make real art. TG
Nice composition Cliff, Like the tone effect which works well in this shot. Always good to try something out the box.
THE CHURCH I LIKE VERY MUCH PLENTY OF MISTERY ABOUT IT EXALENT TREV.
what a beautiful black and white image with great attention to detail excellent
