Taken at Dungeness, the person looks so alone, this is version 2 that has been reworked, would appreicate any comments or feedback.
A fine mono image, I just love Dungeness.
Thanks for the feedback, I to love Dungeness something about the place that just keep's drawing you back
I have any number of close-ups of that rusty coiled cable...
B&W creates a harmony between all the different textures, very satisfying.
It's an amazing place.
This is an excellent photo !! Very well taken ! Well done
Hi Thanks again to all for the feedback
Cracking shot !!!....love the contrast between the dereliction/textures in the F/G against the soft delicacy of
that dramatic sky.......gorgeous mono tonal range too !!!!!!
there's good alround definition and contrast..the figure is almost superfluous...perhaps pick him/her up and post somewhere else. I can imagine a series of images with the person appearing at different locations
I Know that hut so well, so many photo opportunities at Dungy, and its only a 20min drive for me!!
Hi thanks to all again for the feeback.
The subject really suits B&W. A favourite place of mine to photograph.
Lovely capture and really works well in mono.
Nice B&W. In my opinion you will not need photo frame.
Great conversion to monochrome. It certainly works for this image. If you have no objection, please can you let me know whether you have used Nik silver efex Thanks
Very effective mono!
Like Ronnie says your old boats are great and you have B&W down to
an art form. Old churches and castles type images.....Wow! TG
