And now for something completely different. Well, not really, just some old cooking equipment from National Trust properties.
These were taken as a bit of an experiment with high ISO settings on the K5.
V1 Is from Castle Drogo
V2 Is from Lanhydrock
V3 Is from Castle Drogo again.

Excellent details interesting setV1 my favourite with the wonderful tones..Lin
Vs 1 and 3 are my favourite, what wonderful pieces of history, so pristine, but then they aren't being used, but I'd love to have a go at cooking on a range.
We had a range in our first house ,great for sticking your boots in the little warming oven after putting some slack on the fire before going to bed, nice on a winter morning.A great set with tons of interest, real working art .some good metal work in there.
Oh how wonderful . A lovely range and the copper gleams . My Grandad had a range like that . Twice a week he made the most delicious Bread . I said how do you know when its done Grandad ? He said when it's brown it's done and when it's black it':s B***ered
After Grandma Alice died about 15 year's later he took a new wife . She insisted on a gas stove so out went the old range![]()
You've cooked up a winner here Nick, I'm glad I looked at all three images to see how they panned out
