It's very wet and miserable here, so another one of those shots found lurking in the files. This is a well trained if slightly vicious Kookaburra at Paradise Park. ( see V2 )

i see what you mean by V2 Nick like v1 good detail and that beak looks very strong

A beak that's built for business! Wonderful images of a perhaps not beautiful but very handsome bird who clearly does a fine job if it deals with snakes!
