This is one of the shots I thought I had lost forever. Taken at Paradise Park in the company of Lillian Ju Barney and Carole.
My computer crashed and served me up a blue screen, thereafter it refused to restart and would not recover from my recent backups. ( Reported as corrupted )
Eventually I managed to sort it using a three month old System Image but lost three months worth of work. It was only later I thought to look through the corrupted
backup manually and discovered that I could reinstate some of the lost files. SmileSmileSmileSmile Whilst not getting back everything at least I have some of my images back.GrinGrin

Thanks to all who commented and clicked on Bird in hand and a belated Happy new Year to all.

Will try to catch up over the next few days.

Nick

what a cute face-on shot.
Nick, I have downloaded and bought a recovery software which I have used for the company once after a crash but most of all several times for dodgy memory cards. It is really good for photos Smile the name is Remo recover and you can try a demo first. If the demo version finds you photos you have won. I have tried several programs and some are completely useless and even install harmful software.
Remo was the only one that worked well with raw files and was affordable.
