A slightly different saturday shadow thrown by a lights at Castle Drogo. V1 taken at ISO 800 and V2 taken at ISO 6400, different lights of course.
My thanks for all the comments and clicks on As nature intended.
Have a good weekend all. Nick
Love the colours in V1. Bit too strong for me in V2.
V1 wins through here Nick
The colours, texture and light in V1, as well as those lovely shadows all make for a beautiful image.
v1 works best for me too - the shadow gives the appearance of the lamp being in a corner
Simply superb... What a shame both of you got excellent pictures on the same day and I got only one UA to give..
These would be perfect if the light source from within the lamps were candles or wicks instead of Tesco's own-brand bulbs...but beggars cannot be choosers and you have made the very best out of the available light. Very good natral colours...what WB did you use?
This is what you call using the available light Nick !!
Not light weight images, but good shots here.
The light is lovely here Nick and some fab shadows.
A lovely capture with the light and shadows Nick
Great work Nick, wonderful light in V1.
V1 - like the colour better.
Lovely light and shadow. Nice one
What a stunning photo - love the texture
First class images. Very well seen. IB
Superb images, v1 for me with excellent textures and gentle light
I like the symmetry in V1, Nick, very effective use of the shadows.
wonderful detail and shapes, .. well captured
