This is not quite the impending dissaster it seems.
The tanker is actually tied up to the quay.
The small bow wave was added by me in Photoshop.
The dingy, whilst photographed at that location; was moved very slightly to line it up directly in front of the bow.
I don't do a lot of manipulation, but enjoyed this little project.
