Ok youve found me out .Coal tit as got the white flash along the top of his head. And willow tit has`nt . I think thats right thanks folks

Nice shot of a Willow Tit.
Although I am not a "twitcher" I think that the besides the white nape on the back of the head, the Coal Tit has some light bars on the front of the wings.
