Reminder Of The Summer (Peacock)
All canon SLRs come with some software called DPP (digital photo professional) which you can convert RAWs to JPEGs. Defualt computer programs don't let you view RAWs so you have to go through the whole converting process. Or you could shoot in RAW and JPEG at the same time so you can see what you've shot on the computer, but this takes up A LOT of memory. Hope this helps.

Drip, Drop, Splash
Nice attempt Harvey. I would just say that your aperture is too small for this, when I do it I just use about F8. F8 gives me enough DOF even when I shoot at 300mm, also it would get the best result out of your lens. You could also up your ISO to about 800.

Nice shot Harvey. Just a tip, when photographing birds, try to focus on the eyes. They are the main part to draw the viewer in.

Nice shot. If I were you I would crop a bit off the bottom (only about 2cm) and a bit off of the right (about an inch) so that it is looking into a bit of space.
