Indulging in my Elgol moment, suppose on your first visit to Elgol you are allowed one (or possibly two) from this location.

Sorry for deleting the mono upload of that castle, issues etc

Thanks as always for looking

Gorgeous mood Les, like how the cloud's hanging over those distant mountain tops!

I've looked at this on three monitors Les as I don't trust my main one at the moment. Tbh it looks a bit dark in the FG, I know the rocks are dark but it looks like it's missing detail. Maybe could have done with an extra stop of grad, so you could increase the exposure on the rocks a fraction more.

I'm not sure the FG rocks also look a little soft, like the lens back focused slightly.

Thanks everyone, appreciate your time and comments as always but as I've not really been enjoying my photography this past few months for one reason or another, it shows in my uploads and in my other photography I don't upload here. So it's time for a break, see if I can find that spark again. I will continue to look and comment on the site but may be not as often.

Nick I understand your comment, it was a touch dark overhead at this time but still you have a valid point, cheers.

Hi Les

I've just been looking through your latest uploads. As usual, they are all of a high standard!

I'm fine. I've been very busy in my business, and I'm only uploading photos every now and then.

Thanks for your clicks and comments on my recent uploads!

Take care!

Cheers

Phil

Fantastic capture Les of this great location, you manage to find a round boulder, but I did not! Perhaps on my next visit? Love the soft colours. James Wink
