I havent been taking photos for a while - old camera broke. I bought a new DSLR, and to try it out, went to the lovely Northumbria for a few days. I made a lot of mistakes due to the bewildering options in the new camera -a steep learning curve ahead!

I manage a couple of so-so shots - this is one of the best I got IMHO.

You should be very happy with this shot. The moods demonstrated by the lighting on the castle and the rocks/sea are so strikingly in contrast.

This is a well captured shot.
