This elongated shield bug was unsuccessfully trying to get out of the empty pool, I think he must have been in there for a few days, as a spider had left a few strands of web on his antennae Smile

Excellent as always Carol Smile Both good, but I do like the side-view in v2, the eye contact with the camera Wink and being able to clearly see that long sucker part it tucks under its belly until ready to pierce some unsuspecting leaf.
