I should have checked the type of fox this was. You probably know but I can't remember. It had the biggest ears. Taken at the Living Desert in Palm Desert.

Looks like a Bat-Eared or a Fennec fox but neither are native to North America, so my best guess would be a Kit Fox. A beautiful image regardless of make and model ![]()

I can't remember the breed of fox either
only seen them on TV but they are so cute, great picture
Such a beautiful animal. The softness of the light and background makes this a first class photo..
(the big O in the sky was actually a type of cloud, or more probably ice in the air catching the light of the sun. I wondered if it would show. If you look at the photo on the large setting you can even see some sparkles of ice in the air.)
Never seen one of these before - what a fine pair of ears he has!
