I should have checked the type of fox this was. You probably know but I can't remember. It had the biggest ears. Taken at the Living Desert in Palm Desert.
Wonderful Image - superbly captured.
What a wonderful capture. The eyes exaggerate the beautiful softness of this wonderful creature.
Well done. WesternRed.
Great imaged, Sandy.
The texture suits this great shot, well done.
Hey, that's a cute little fox.

A lovely shot of this long eared wee fox, and so attractively presented too, Sandy.
We have similar foxes here called Bat ear foxes, they are also small. A lovely photo of this sweet thing Sandy !

What an enchanting little creature, Sandy, and you have captured him so well.
Superb shot and those ears WOW. Pleased to be your 30th vote.
Super image! What a beautiful animal! Wonderful background. Great work, Sandy.
Maybe a Long Eared Fox Whatever it is Sandy you have created a quite beautiful image.
Lovely portrait of a beautiful creature.
An excellent image Sandy.
Fantastic eye capture, so well composed and presented, very nice indeed.
Looks like a Bat-Eared or a Fennec fox but neither are native to North America, so my best guess would be a Kit Fox. A beautiful image regardless of make and model
Lovely image sandy.
a fine lookinf wee foxy Sandy well captured
Beautifully processed Sandy; brings him out to the best advantage.
That's a fine study Sandy of this animal the like of which I have never seen before.
I can't remember the breed of fox either only seen them on TV but they are so cute, great picture
Such a beautiful animal. The softness of the light and background makes this a first class photo..
(the big O in the sky was actually a type of cloud, or more probably ice in the air catching the light of the sun. I wondered if it would show. If you look at the photo on the large setting you can even see some sparkles of ice in the air.)
It's probably a big-eared desert fox. Very beautiful.
This is one of your best yet Sandy. I love the catch-lights in its eyes.
I have been to the Living Desert, but I can't remember its name either.
Never seen one of these before - what a fine pair of ears he has! Beautiful capture, Sandy
The texture really works on this image Sandy - Love it!
Such a tiny thing
A stunning shot Sandy, you've captured him beautifully, as to identity, I think Dave is probably right!
Most excellent shot of the Fennec Fox. These are native to North Africa. Beautiful looking creatures.
It is a Fennec Fox, would have preferred a little more clarity left in the fur and not so much in the background, a lovely pic though.
