One of my daughters bought me some plants for Mother's Day - they are beautiful and I can't wait until the weather perks up enough to be able to plant them out.

One of the plants is this Snakeshead Fritillary - I love SFs and have planted some in the garden, but each year the pheasants comes and eats them before they flower. Last year my daughter planted some in a hanging basket, I've noticed the SFs are though and budding!! Smile But it's lovely to have some wonderful flowers to admire now!
