I am not really sure why a few decaying wooden posts should be such a photographic icon but anyway here is my attempt.

Looks great in mono really showing off the graphic shape of the posts and the boat giving depth and drawing attention to the distant shoreline that I've never noticed before.

A strong composition and the broken reflections look really good, Derek. I can see a bit of colour fringing in the sky and foreground sea .... worth a mono conversion maybe.
