Not too impressive as a thumbnail but worth a closer look, I feel: another image from the northern end of Loch Lomond during a fabulous spell of weather three weeks back.
Many thanks to all for the kind comments on More Crocuses.
Ronnie.
PS........06.11 ....... I am now wondering about the wisdom of posting this one as it looks lack lustre compared to when viewed on my Mac, but I'll let it stand and see what you think.........R)

Took me a while to work out the waterline here, the water is so still. Great reflections.

Amazing reflection Ronnie superb colours and detail ![]()
What stunning reflections, Ronnie! I had to look hard to see where the water started and the land finished! Excellent!
Cheers

What a reflection, a very well captured image Ronnie, like the white house adds dimension to the image![]()

Vibrant, saturated, and no-way lack lustre, Ronnie. The shore line so far up and exclusion of real sky makes such a strong composition.

Well it looks good on my screen, Ronnie
Wonderful colours, and what a super reflection, too ![]()

Ronnie...I would imagine everything looks lacklustre at 06:11!! Not on my monitor at 16:58 (CET) at least.

P.S. Re your question about names being scratched on one of the window frames in the Shakespeare Birthplace Museum, I did read somewhere afterwards about this, but didn't get to see it at time, so no piccies of it I'm afraid! ![]()

Very unusual image for you Ronnie, but works very well.

Those reflections are sublime and that solitary white house gives one a real sense of scale and shows us that the occupants are living in total isolation
Ronnie, what a super comp with the most stunning reflection......................just lovely.
Paul.
