Fishing paraphernalia found at Selsey Bill. Nets, floats, creels, lobster pots and rope. The crustacea traps in Vs 2 and 3 are inkwell-shaped and creel-shaped respectively. I'm learning a bit more terminology.
(AP, ISO200, -0.3stepEv).
V1: Nets, ropes and floats (1/420sec@f4.5,7mmFL).
V2: Inkwell-shaped pot and rope (1/212sec@f5,9mmFL).
V3: Creel-shaped pots and rope (1/60sec@f8,19mmFL).

................and I always thought Fisherman's friends were a particularly strong cough sweet!!!!
Some lovely detail in these images Pamela. Yes you are certainly spouting forth with the jargon very naturally these days!!!
I'm going with v1 as the favourite here. I feel the composition works particularly well with the strong blue curve at the left side bringing the eye right back into the picture. Thanks for your recent comments. Much appreciated Pamela

Thankyou, Albert. It works for me. Did you use Colour Balance or just Saturation?
Even the busy subject is well arranged in your eyes Pamela. Top notch work.
Dennis
Fantastic compositions, the colours, details and textures are amazing.
Selsey Bill, yay! First family holiday there, circa 196* something or other...
Has to be version 3 - it has such strong patterns and super composition. Such colours (and a touch of rust!) I wish I had taken it!
Thanks, folks.
I didn't think V3 would be so popular.
ALBERT: Thanks for the info.
BRIAN: I agree.
ROBIN: Thankyou so much for the User Award.
BUN: Three squirrels? I'm honoured.
Lovely shapes and tones - beautifully composed.

This kind of shot is right up my street Pam, your work is always creative, excellent work, Adrian
Composition on all three photographs is wonderful, your p/f always has variety and lovely to see
* thank you for your thoughtful comments
I like all the different shapes and textures in V1 but V3 is my favourite because of its warm colours and attractive mesh work.

Those RC awards are money for old rope Pamela as you've netted another one. In all seriousness the textures, intricate detail and colours are all terrific. You have such a keen eye for detail
