Cathedrals are always a challenge and you have captured the scale and magnificense of this one beautifully. Reading your Exif I see you are clearly willing to take time to get a good photograph so a small tip - take a small grey card or bit of white paper with you and set your custom white off that. I hope this isn't me trying to teach you to suck eggs.
