after noon tea 
and the wooden men have been invited
they may be around quite a bit from now.
the first layer was my previous image the message,
which is the face in the middle,
adjusted to fit the man,
the figures each side are from the (have you heard the one)
image
tea pot and cups are from stock,
and table is from my best room.....yes it is.....
the overalls belong to my dentist and the shoes are Jimmy Choo ..... would i lie to you

I think I have identified the sphere & claw foot....I have just googled & on an American e-bay site there is a late 18 century piano bench table with almost identical crystal ball & claw feet......
