The year is 2020 global warming is changing the face
of the earth, it is out of control,
Avesbury like many other places is now mostly under water,
the stars are in the sky day and night, and the temperature
always warm.
A little girl is collecting stars that fall from the sky.as they often do these days.
Maureen
Oh dear Walter says my story is all doom and gloom, perhaps it is, here is an alternative story.

the year is 2020, the beautiful child lives on a far away planet, which is a replica of earth,
only more peaceful , the lovely stars fall from the ethereal sky,
like beautiful diamonds, which the children collect, and keep as treasures.
if you visit my picture let me know which story you prefer.

If it's always going to be warm in Birmingham then your vision gets my vote Maureen.

Beautiful colours and a painterly effect to this one.

Dave.

I love the picture. It is so light and airy. I expected the story behind it to be quite cheerful but was taken aback by the gloom and doom.
I do enjoy the picture VERY much and will make my own story to go along with my interpretation. Sorry Maureen. :-(

Oh Walter I did'nt want to make you feeel sad !!
how about this for the story behind it,
The year is 2020, the beautiful child lives on a far away planet, which is a replica of earth,
only more beautiful, the lovely stars fall from the earth,
like beautiful diamonds, which the children collect, and keep as treasures.
I have added this lovely story to the title description.Walter.

GREAT story. I love this one and it is much better than anything I would have made up on my own. Thanks Maureen. It is late (almost midnight here in California) and I am off to bed with thoughts of a lovely far away place. Pleasant dreams. -=Walter Smile

Another wonderful image. I'll go for story 2 because I'm just an old hippie, but the line in story 1, "...the stars that fall from the sky, as they often do these days." is brilliant, as is your picture.

Another fine image Maureen.
I would go with the global warming story, I think it is best suited to the image and conveys a reallity check on how our lives can be affected.

PS.The other story is a nice little fairytale.

Brian.

Maureen have you thought of putting these images in a book.. it would be a great way of getting a message across it would influence the children of today and the message would be more noticeable to those in power, sorry if I got on my soap box, but someone with such powerful messages thru your images should be taken notice of..
