The lovely girl child lives on a freezing planet,
she has never seen any thing so beautiful as the butterflies that the
butterfly man is trying to sell her, she wants them desperately,
but the elders who watch her constantly know that
they will die in her world, they are wondering what to do,
should they intervene or should they let her find out for herself.

Maureen this is such a beautiful composition. I understand the sentiments entirely having raised 3 kids and watched them all live through mistakes and successes. Even now, with them in their late 20s & 30s I still tend to worry.

Apologies Maureen for calling you Pauline. I think the 'pareen' must have boggled my brain.

Absolute quality (although the faces on the left aren't needed)... Would be ten times stronger without... Still, supreme manip work... 5

Brought tears to my eyes and a lump to my throat...wonderfully emotive...the faces to the left are certainly needed, they fit your description perfectly..."the elders who watch her constantly"...your work has so many levels that all work in harmony...very well done Smile
