FOUR AND TWENTY BLACKBIRDS . . . "Four and twenty blackbirds baked in a pie . . . .and when the pie was opened the birds began to sing. Oh what a tasty dish to set before the king!"

Okay, so they are not blackbirds but the blackbirds wouldn't cooperate and this is as close as I could get to replicating!

To make the Blackbirds co-operate try giving them some green grapes or slices of pear or apple. Tho I doubt if you would get more than two as they are very teritorial. Like the Chaffich happily feeding together xxx

A fine Pie Load Patti . Try garden worms or maggots from the pet shop A few snails too . Might get some different birds then Grin I love those little birds , are they some sort of Finch ?
