I have been exceptionally busy working offshore and at the same time fitting new central heating system and new kitchen. No time sadly for the passion in my life called er umm photography if I remember correctly.
Its all nearly completed now but I go offshore again soon so not time to catch up with whats been going on on the site. I hope to be posting regularly again soon but for now its a one off post.
This Swan pic was taken at the mouth of the river Don where it flows into the North sea. Taken with my new x2 extender in conjuction with the 70-300mm Telephoto. Liked the shot personally as the swan is looking up to the heavens and showing its plumage in all its glory.
Hope you like the shot and thanks for looking.

well timed shot - I know the feeling I cant seem to find time myself right now to get out and do what I enjoy most
This is really a great capture - he is unfolding all his beauty, terrific detail in the plumage.
Good to hear you are well and just been busy all summer long.
Take care,
Johanna
Lovely shot Paul and you have managed to control the whites well.
Geoff.
Super shot, don't know how I missed this earlier. Sylvia
