Hello everyone

Whilst not being particularly new to photography, I've always merrily snapped away, I've used my pictures as a basis for paintings.
Following a couple of recent holidays though I've got the bug, especially for landscape, and after looking at much of the work by the members of this site I feel inspired (if not a little daunted).

I've just bought my first DSLR (an Olympus E-520) and am currently trying to get to grips with all the features. I want to learn more and improve my knowledge and skills, so constructive feedback and tips are always welcome.
