Brilliant portrait quality to this. Super shot. Like the way the eyebrow whiskers are in the frame.

Thanks I was messing with something else, had the x10 in macro mode, and she came over for a sniff, I think she was about an inch in front of the lens ![]()
Quote: A beauty. Missing mine
We inherited this one, one of two.
My youngest daughters best friend developed an allergy to cat fur, they had to find new homes for six of them, we offered to take one, but ended up with two.
Two years ago we vowed to never have a cat again after loosing a 22 year old, you do get attached to them ![]()
Aw she is beautiful! Love those green eyes and the super sharp detail and light in them - cats are so inquisitive aren't they Paul? Mine will do this, check out the lens, but he will normally not pose.
Flash left his prior home and moved in with us 2 years after our 22 year old Mitzie passed. Cats find the people they need to be with.
Yes, the darn critters do grow on you ![]()
Anne
She has a real bad habit of fetching me field mice in the Summer, on occasions two or three a night, I wouldn`t mind but she brings them in and releases them alive ![]()

That should be a photo op for you Paul - laughing at the mental image Ihave of her bringing in the live mice. Mitzie used to catch copperheads (in the rattlesnake family) and leave them dead on the doorstep.
Snakes could be fun, but you can keep the copperheads ![]()
