Shot in a Sunday market from the hip. Follows my comments with Dave earlier - cannot be a candid if people are aware. This is very close to the subjects indeed. 10/20 Sigma on aperture priority, f11 and ISO100. About 18mm. Focus on auto, centre point and aim by guess with a bit of cropping and levelling later. EOS 7D. Possibly a tighter crop needed?

The blue sky, the red canopy and the white cloud work well together.
Me? I'd crop to the back of the guy's jacket on the left ~ the right hand edge of the sign on the right; and be pleased with it.
The smoke makes sense of the sign (& at a £1 is good value ![]()

The guy is making up his mind - an excellent candid of that situation.
I think your lens and camera have done well to cope with all of that -
So, yes. A tighter crop would do it IMO ![]()
