A lovely scene - is that a well? (In the middle of nowhere!) It would be wonderful to read a little more about where you took this! Smile

As I've said, this is a lovely scene, but can you imagine how beautiful it would be with sunrise or sunset colours! Smile

Hi. I think this image (and the scenery here) holds potential. I had a play with it on my computer and came up with two different crops on this that I would love to share with you. Unfortunately, modifications are disabled - if you wish to see the modifications, please enable them or else I can e-mail them to you personally.

What I did in my crops was to concentrate on placing the well in a less central position and I cropped in a way to place the well "on a third's intersection" or close to one. One crop is a portrait orientation, placing the well on the bottom, right hand third-intersection, whilst the other is a 16:9 crop placing the well on the left hand, bottom third intersection. I also added a slight bit of saturation to the sky to bring a bit more colour contrast, particularly in the distant trees which seem also like interesting subjects on their own.

As I said, plenty of potential here - well done and keep it up!
