Sorry, to me those eyes look a bit mad and staring.

Thanks for the comments - I agree the eyes are a tad mad so I toned them down a little bit and uploaded another version

2 is better yes, but the eyes are a problem I'd say because the rest of the photo breaths a self-assured style. The eyes tell a different story.
