I really like this - one of my favourite instruments, to start with...
There's a lovely triangle of interest, the two hands and the face. The eye moves round round the triangle, that conveys rhythm and also her hand/eye coordination. And the face is so beautiful.
One small observation. There's a pleasing hint of motion blur in her right hand. A faster shutter speed would have frozen that movement. But much more interestingly a slower shutter speed, even just going down to 1/40, would give a little bit more motion blur. I think that would balance the precision of the left hand rather nicely.
