Very well captured - why did you change it to monochrome though? Would be more punchy in colour. I would personally also rotate so it looks like the bee is the right way up, if its legs don't look weird that way.

How long do you have to wait for a bee to pose?

Great shot, like the border on this one.

If you saw the original you'd see why I changed it to monochrome! Smile It's terrible.
There's no depth to it, all you can see is horrible green grass! The bee almost disappears into the background. It doesn't stand out at all.
Also, for some reason it doesn't work the other way up. It looks all wrong.
Believe me, I tried all sorts with it until I decided on this version!
Oh, and I didn't wait for it to pose! It was crawling round the garden quite slowly. It looked to me as though it was on it's last legs. It wandered around for about 30 minutes then all of a sudden it just took off and buzzed away!
Thanks for looking! Smile

That's one of the funniest titles I've seen in ages. And I'm sure you didn't intend it to bee funny either.

Really simple, punchy composition - capturing the bee doing something we don't normally see (well, I don't). Nice work.
