For a couple of hours the mist totally obscured Roseberry Topping, with only an occasional glimpse of the top. Then as the sun went down the mist cleared and patience was rewarded.

A lovely autumnal image of Roseberry. The setting sun always lights up this area beautifully any time of year. One of my fave locations.

Was worth the wait to capture this shot as the Topping appeared from the most:...... the autumn/winter colours of the bracken make an excellent f/g base to the frame.
