A new D800 has sitting waiting to be used for a week now and yesterday was the day. Off up to Swaledale for the snow.

What a lovely image and a great place to visit .I too have just got a D 800 and a 24-70 2.8 lens . Superb equipment .Just need the weather to improve and some good light .......Phil

Thanks for the comments and clicks folks. I hope you enjoy your 800 too Phil. I have the 24 - 85 at present. My favourite 10-20 Sigma will not be able to stay however so I am trying to sell off some less used kit to finance a 16-35
